This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. Psalm 91:2

It is only through God that we gain good things, and until we realize this truth, we will try with human effort to gain the things we want in life, most of which may not be God’s will for our lives. Do you trust God? Do you find refuge in God? God is a father you can trust. He knows His purpose for your life. He provides you with good things and protects you from the devil’s attacks. Lean on God, and trust Him with your whole heart. He knows the way. 

From the second verse of Psalm 91, we learn that God is our refuge; he is our safety, and we can trust Him completely. My encouragement for you today is to trust God in every area of your life. When you begin to sense fear in your life lean on God. God will never disappoint you. He loves you. You are his child.
