Reflections From 36,000 feet.

Hey everyone!

Trust you are all doing well. I am writing this blog from about 36,000 feet+ on a plane heading home from Austin, Texas, (oh, the Turbulance, always a fun part of every flight). Anyway, this week was filled with some wonderful new adventures. My good friend Tracy and her husband moved from Baltimore to Austin, so we embarked on a three-day journey. It was incredible. We spent the night in Nashville, which was so fabulous, getting to experience a different side of the United States.

Nashville, Tennessee

While in Austin, my wonderful friend Moureen and her husband drove from Houston to spend time with me, and we got to explore parts of Austin together and try some incredible food. I am always grateful for time together with friends and family.

As I head back home to Baltimore, I’ve also received some joyful news: a very good friend of mine has welcomed beautiful twin girls into the world. Both babies and their mum are doing well, and I’m looking forward to visiting them at the hospital when I arrive.

As I sit on this plane and reflect on the past few days, I am reminded of God’s unfailing love for us. His word is alive and true. Every single moment in our lives reflects how dearly God cares for us.

No matter how hard life may seem today, no matter what's going on, I encourage you to keep your eyes on God and trust in Him. Do not be shaken by your circumstances, but stand firm on God’s word and His promises for your life.

Praying for you always…xo

Your friend, Edmund!
